Jack, It’s great to hear that you’ve a fan of Nelson DeMille and are reading the John Corey novels. i discovered them right after college. I was staying with my girlfriend who was living in one of the frat-houses-turned-dorms on campus. i didn’t have a job and she was at class, so i wandered through the house. That’s when i found “Plum Island” lying forgotten on a shelf in one of the common areas. i couldn’t believe my eyes–someone had written a book about the island i grew up on! i picked up the book and began reading it immediately, only to find out that 1. the book takes place on Plum Island, New York, not Massachusetts, and 2. the book was REALLY good.
thanks for the reminder so I can add DeMille to my Goodreads list.
